This interactive webinar will be led by Mike Chaney who is member of the Procurement and Productivity Theme Group and who is Willmott Dixon’s Supply Chain Manager for Wales and the South West.
He will kick-off our discussion by explaining why and how Willmott Dixon have been keeping sites open during the current crisis and how the good relationships they have built up with their clients and supply chain partners over a number of years have helped to underpin this approach.
He will further explain how Willmott Dixon are working with their supply chains to use the current crisis as an opportunity to improve construction products and processes once the virus is under control.
